We all have wounds. We get it. So does Christ.

We all asked questions that we were told we shouldn’t. We get it. So does Christ.

We all rebelled against what was obviously unkind, unjust. And we paid for it. We get it. So does Christ.

We have broken the law to honor the spirit – and we are blessed to have discovered that that’s always where the Spirit resides – in meeting the needs, not the legalisms. So we’re going back to look again at what feeds us, here, now – and finding what gems we can in the lessons of the Early Christianities that the Roman Empire discarded.

We are the outlaws. We are the what-ifs.

We are the Catholics who believe in “Catholic means ALL”. We are the Catholics who believe ANYONE can be called – to be baptized, to be laity, diaconate, priest, bishop. We are the Catholics who believe the local community knows best what we need and should be empowered to do it. We are the Catholics who believe that the Holy Spirit speaks through the (con)sensus fideii – through the faithful coming together – not just through the presbyter. We are the Catholics who want to know if any of this intrigues you, excites you – and we want you to know you can email for the zoom link and check us out off-screen, for as long as you want. You see, we all have wounds. We get it. So does Christ.
